Clemson University will begin its quest to reach the College World Series at the beach.
The Tigers learned today that they have been assigned to the regional hosted by Coastal Carolina University and played at Pelican Stadium in Myrtle Beach.
The Tigers will open against St. John's.
Coastal and Virginia Commonwealth meet in the other opening-round game.
