The word on the street is that Charlie Strong has contacted Spurrier about the position. Granted this is just a internet rumor but there is already a list out there.

I would like to see John Tenutu. His defenses are awesome and they blitz like crazy. I know it might be a long shot but maybe we could do some convincing that it could lead to a head coaching job, possible USC job if he does well when spurrier leaves.
