DB Darrell Givens has decided to attend Rutgers and will not pursue trying to gain admission to USC. Givens apparently never sent to USC the requested documents including a letter from Penn State stating he had been released from his letter of intent. USC was suppose to review everything and make a final decision today but that is no longer the case as Givens choses Rutgers over USC.Oh well...this may be for the best....Full Story HERE.
