Oh the world of politics and sports....gotta love it as their is always something to talk about.Seems the former Head Coach of the Gamecocks, Lou Holtz, is considering a Congressional campaign against Rep. Suzanne Kosmas (D-Fla.), first reported by the Orlando Sentinel and confirmed by POLITICO today.
Holtz is best-known for leading Notre Dame to a national college football championship in 1988, and the walking the sidelines at the University of South Carolina before retiring to ESPN as an analyst.
It is not certain if he will run but LOHD is fully supporting him. Could you imagine him giving a speech on the floor of the US House?
