Critics point out that ACC teams haven't shown well on the national stage in recent years -- the league champion has lost eight straight bowl games and the league has yet to receive an at-large invitation to the Bowl Championship Series
an over rated fact.
You will probably here this fact throughout the season from ACC fans and teams. "over the past three years we have had more NFL players drafted each year than any other conference" but the question to ask is how does that translate to college football? It doesn't. Your teams still have not finished in the top 5 since the 1999 florida state team.
