USC defensive end Clifton Geathers will be eligible to play next week at Georgia after serving his one-game suspension Thursday at N.C. State...per THE STATE Paper.Geathers, who was arrested Aug. 23 following an incident outside a Vista nightclub, received a modified one-game suspension that was set to begin when he was medically cleared to play. USC’s medical staff gave him that clearance Wednesday, according to media relations director Steve Fink.
