University of South Carolina Athletics Director Eric Hyman has upheld the one-game suspension for quarterback Blake Mitchell, it was announced Sunday night. Redshirt freshman Chris Smelley is expected to make the start at quarterback against the Ragin' Cajuns on Saturday.
Smelley for Heisman anyone?

I want to know the true story about Mitchell, did he drop the class or is it all bull shit.
I guess we will never know.
FYI - His mommy wanted to know why the school didn't notify her that her son was missing too many classes!
