Back Back Back back, How much can we take from Espn
Well I ended up watching the Home Run Derby last night in San Fran. It turned out to be a pretty good showing from some young players like Matt Holiday and Jose Rios. The best part of the HR derby was the crazy Hispanic with the Dominican flag. After Vlad hit a home run in the 2nd round this guy runs out and whips Vlads face with the flag. Well it turns out that the crazy guy is actually his barber.

HR contest needs to be shorter..maybe change to 5 outs rather than 10. And it would be good to see a skills competition...like having the left fielder throw to circle target at home plate
