Because Brady Quinn is a pretty boy and sux....I found it hilarious when the great Notre Dame's great golden boy was sitting most of the first round! You should be happy Penny, he will have a bad pro career, the only reason he went in the first round was because of the Notre Dame hipe he has been blessed with.
I couldn't tell you but the situation did remind me of another Notre Dame quarterback on draft day -- Rick Mirer. He seemed to be a good choice, too, but when the Seahawks took him they got a guy who never truly developed into what the team or the player had hoped for.
The Seattle pro personnel director at the time was Randy Mueller. The Miami general manager today is the same Randy Mueller.
I'm not making a connect-the-dots argument, I'm only wondering.
The Dolphins need to question their medical personnel, trainers and injury evaluations.
After passing on Drew Brees for medical reasons, who went on to lead his team to the playoffs, the Dolphins signed Daunte Culpepper, who still might not be able to play. Then Miami turns around and drafts a player who might be weeks away from even being able to practice?
somebody needs to get fired!!
