The South Carolina baseball team has returned to the Top 25 as the Gamecocks come in at No. 18 in this week's latest NCAA Division I poll by Collegiate Baseball.
They should have been ranked in the preseason but I guess it took a win over clemson to prove that these young kids can play ball. I look for Carolina to remain in the top 25 for most of '09. I feel this team is going to surprise many especially with the coaching staff assembled by Tanner.
