Lonnie McGill caught the largest catfish known to come from Lake Murray: 93 pounds, 6 ounces. This would make lots of catfish stew.
Any good fishing stories out there from LOHD readers? And remember you cann't catch no catfish in muddy water....

I caught a 12 pound channel cat a couple years ago and that was a fight. 93 pounds, good god
