Former Gamecock - Captain signs with Panthers

The Carolina Panthers reached a deal with seventh-round choice Captain Munnerlyn. Captain was a former corner for the gamecocks.

The 5-foot-8 Munnerlyn is expected to compete for Carolina's kick returning job and for a spot at backup cornerback.
